Class Schedules

Thanks to your interest and support of the arts in Houston, Looking At Art begins its 20th season on Tuesday, September 9, and Wednesday, September 10, 2008, 7:00-9:00 pm. Thursday morning classes begin on September 18, 10 am - Noon.

Led by Victoria and Marshal Lightman, each class meets for five Tuesdays or Wednesdays, from 7 until 9 pm, or Thursdays from 10 am until noon, to tour Houston's contemporary art galleries, alternative spaces, and artist's studios. Classes meet at a different gallery each week (where the artist is usually present to speak about their work) and then continue at an artist’s studio. The April classes vary in that they visit a gallery and then a collector’s home. The April class is offered by invitation only first to current and frequent class members.
